Cookies
Each time a User logs into this site, we store a temporary ‘cookie’ in the browser files of that User’s computer or mobile phone. Cookies are small files which let Users navigate between pages efficiently, remember Users’ preferences, help us understand how this website is performing, and generally improve Users’ experience on this website. This cookie is also used during the User’s online session to allow registered members access to the website and member areas without repeatedly requiring the User to re-enter its user name and password. We also use cookies to track website visitors for web analytic purposes. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Please note, however, that without cookies you may not be able to use all of the features of our website.
External Links
In order to provide Users with greater value, some of our pages may provide links to various third party websites. In no case is User information or ‘cookies’ provided to the third party sites. However, keep in mind that many sites do attempt to capture visitor information when browsing those sites. Once a User leaves our site, we are not able to alert the User should another site attempt to gather information from the User’s browser.
Tracking
We use common tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Open Tracker) to track website traffic, visits and conversion information. These tools track visitors by IP address, and no other information is gathered or tracked by these tools. The tracking information is for our own internal use for website analytic and optimization, SEO optimization and conversion tracking and optimization purposes. Some web browsers may transmit signals instructing websites and other online services to not track information. There is no standard that governs what, if anything, websites should do if they receive these signals. We currently do not respond to such browser signals or similar mechanisms instructing not to track information. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
Security
We use a variety of security measures including encryption and authentication techniques to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of User’s personal information under our control. User contact and billing information is encrypted and secured to prevent unauthorized access.
Choice/Opt-In
Our site gives Users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us, and as a customer, visitor or subscriber. Users can be assured that we never reveal, sell, or make available your email address or other information to anyone for any purpose other than as stated in this Policy. You also have the right to object to our processing of your data on the basis of legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights at any time by visiting http://pages.softnas.com/UnsubscribePage.html.
Your Privacy Choices and Access
If Users wish to access, correct, or delete any personal information held by us or change the way we use your information, please visit http://pages.softnas.com/UnsubscribePage.html. However, we may decline requests that are unreasonable, prohibited by law, or are not required to be honored by applicable law.

If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your accounts or our ongoing business relations. You may modify your contact preferences, opt-in or opt-out of certain communications, and change your information by visiting http://pages.softnas.com/UnsubscribePage.html.

In the event that a User wishes to make a complaint about how we process your personal data, please contact us in the first instance at customercommunications@softnas.com, and we will endeavour to deal with your request as soon as possible. This is without prejudice to your right to launch a claim with your data protection authority.
